The Consulting Unit acts as an accelerator for business transformation and develops innovative project management methodologies. Our consultants combine extensive functional knowledge in several industries. Our consultants have many years of succesful project management experience, in large and medium sized business projects.
• The private equity unit, which objectives is to help private equity funds assess and execute deals. The private equity unit also provides to European SME financial advice and financial restructuring services.
• The Insurance software development unit : the research center develops patterns, risk models, and J2EE components for the credit, and property and casualty insurance. The research center comprises developers and architects with extensive working experience in the financial, banking and insurance industries.
